Guarantee Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00 (local time), up to 1 days prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the amount due is not refundable, even if the booking is cancelled or modified.

Check in Policy

The room is available from 15:00 except in case of Early Check In.

Check out Policy

The room must be vacated by 12:00 at the latest.

Children Policy

Accommodation and breakfast are free for 2 children under 6 years sharing parents’ room.

Accommodation is free from 6 to 11 years with a 50.00 pct. discount on breakfast.

Special term for children

Minors under 18 must be with those who exercise parental authority.
